Thank you for choosing our unique, handcrafted tiles. Each tile is a piece of art, meticulously crafted to add a distinctive touch to your space. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below to ensure transparency and set clear expectations.

  1. No Returns on Custom Made Products

Due to the personalized nature of our custom made tiles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  1. Reporting Defects or Damages

If your tiles arrive defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To report an issue:

  • Please email us at info@uniquetiles.com with your order number, a detailed problem description, and clear photographs of the affected tiles.
  • Our customer service team will review your submission and respond within 3 business days.
  1. Handcrafted Characteristics & Colour Variations

Please be aware:

  • Handcrafted Variations: Each tile is individually handcrafted, resulting in unique variations in size, texture, and finish. These differences are intentional and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
  • Colour Variations: Variations in colour and shade are natural outcomes of the artisanal crafting process and the materials used.

These characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  1. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

If a defect or damage is confirmed, you may choose between:

  • Exchange: We will produce and send a replacement tile or set of tiles at no additional cost.
  • Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
  1. Return Shipping Instructions

If instructed to return the defective or damaged tiles:

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Securely package the tiles to prevent further damage.
  • Include all original packaging and materials.
  1. Non Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom-made tiles that are not defective or damaged.
  • Tiles are damaged by improper handling or installation by the customer.
  • Any claim made after 7 days from the delivery date.
  1. Order Cancellations
  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, materials are procured, and the crafting process begins, making cancellations impossible.
