What happens next

We check your image against the tile size.
We send you a tile layout and a free quote.
Nothing is made until you approve it.

How ordering works

Send your photo and measurements. Upload your image with the quote form on this page or send it by email. Tell us the finished width and height of the wall or floor (or simply the quantity of tiles you need), preferred tile size, finish (gloss or satin/matt), and delivery country.
Receive your quotation and tile layout. We check your image resolution is right for the size, prepare your tile layout, and send you a quotation.
Approve and pay. Once you approve the quotation and layout, we email you an invoice with a link for secure payment by debit or credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
We produce your tiles. Your design is printed onto ceramic or porcelain, then kiln fired at 900°C in our Somerset workshop. Production takes 1 to 3 weeks on average, or about 6 weeks for large format tiles.
Your order is delivered. We securely pack and ship worldwide, with a numbered installation map so your tiler knows exactly where each tile goes.
